All popolini and iobio textiles are certified according to OEKO TEX STANDARD 100, product class 1 (baby and toddler) and thus guaranteed to be low in harmful substances.
About 80% of our articles also carry the GOTS certificate. We guarantee compliance with the strictest guidelines for the cultivation and processing of natural textiles and compliance with eco-social standards.

Is there a possibility to test the nappies?

Are the wool products washable in the washing machine?
My popolini covers are leaking. What can be the reason for that?
- Does the size of the cover fit my toddler? Please note the kilo specification.
- Does the nappy have enough absorbency? Maybe you need to increase the absorbency by adding another insert. This can happen when your toddler gets older and drinks more.
- Sometimes the cover leak at the seams after a few months; these can be sealed again with Waxed Cotton.
The Velcro on my popolini nappy is no longer holding. What can I do?

Order & Payment
How do I make an order online?
Open the online shop via the menu and select a category. Alternatively, you can also enter a search term in the search (click on the magnifying glass icon above).
In the product overview, you can use the filters (e.g. size) and sorting to customize the product selection for you. Click on a product (photo or product name) to get to a product page.
On the product page, you can select the colour, size and quantity. Then click on Add to cart. Use Back or the menu to select more products and add them to the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to go to the shopping cart. Here you can customize and complete your order.
In the shopping cart, you can recheck your order, remove items or change the quantity. If you have adjusted anything in the shopping cart, please click on Update Cart.
If you have a coupon or discount code, you can enter it at the payment method step below.
When you are ready to submit your order, click Next: Proceed to Checkout. You can either order as a guest and fill in the fields marked with *. If you are a registered customer, please log in, and we will automatically fill in your saved order information (name, address). If you are not registered yet, you can create an account at any time. Click on Create an account.
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, you can add it. Then select your preferred payment method.
If you agree with our terms and conditions, please confirm them and click Next.
Last step: Now, you can recheck your data and order. If you want to send the order, click on Order for payment.
We will automatically send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address. If you have chosen prepayment, we will send you a separate e-mail with the invoice amount and our payment details. As soon as your items have been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us.

How can I redeem a coupon online?
I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do?
If you have not received an order confirmation from us in your inbox (not even in the junk email or spam folder), please send us an email to webshop@popolini.com (for Switzerland: webshop.ch@popolini.com) so that we can send you the order confirmation.

How does the prepayment work?
If you have chosen the payment method prepayment and have sent your order, you will receive 2 emails from us:
1) order confirmation and
2) invoice.
In the invoice, you will find the total amount and below it our bank details. Your order will be shipped to you after receiving the money from our account.

Where can I buy a voucher?
Click on the menu of the online shop and then on Vouchers. Here you can order a voucher online. Or you can send us an e-mail to webshop@popolini.com (for Switzerland: webshop.ch@popolini.com).
We will send the vouchers by e-mail to the desired address after we receive your payment.

If you do not have a customer account yet, please start registering in our online shop now.
We will inform you by email as soon as we receive the diaper voucher. Now, you can place your cloth diaper order. Choose prepayment as your payment method – so we can deduct the voucher value when creating the invoice. We will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment.
I want to order a larger quantity of an item, but only a few are available in the online shop. Would that be possible?

How much are the shipping costs?
Within Switzerland, we will send your orders with Swiss Post Economy.
The shipping usually costs about CHF 7,00 per package - for orders over CHF 75,00, the shipping is free.

Return, Exchange & Complaint
I would like to return one or more items to popolini that I bought in the online shop. What do I have to do?
Within 14 days after receiving the goods, you can return either one or more products (excluding custom-made products, technical products that are no longer in their original packaging, worn, soiled or washed clothing) to us. It is that easy:
You do not need a return slip or sticker. Please wrap the products and add information in the package with your account details, e-mail address, phone number and order number. Now you can take the package to the post office of your choice.
