Ingredients:
Organic nettle leaves, organic lady's mantle herb, organic raspberry leaves, organic St. John's wort, organic lemon balm leaves, horsetail, organic yarrow herb
Dosage:
1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water, covered for 10 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
